Earning and Using Points

There are currently six ways to earn reward points.
- Signing up for a customer account
- Making your first purchase
- Placing an order
- Celebrating a birthday
- Be selected for a customer snap on social media
- Reviewing items you have purchased

As of now, points do not expire.
However, it is possible that in the future we will implement a system in which points are reset annually.

No, refunds that qualify under our return policy will not result in a deduction of awarded points.
However, if we feel that a customer is trying to work around the system for free rewards, then the customer account will be banned for fraudulence.
Chargebacks will result in a loss of points.

Purchases made before June 7th, 2025 (EDT) will not be eligible for point rewards.
Everyone will start at 0 points at launch, regardless if they already had a customer account.
Coupon Codes and Physical Rewards

A coupon code, or discount code, is a randomized code given to customers that can be entered at checkout online.
These codes can be anything from percentage off discounts, flat rate discounts, to free shipping.

Coupons received from spending points expire in three months from date of purchase. These coupons can not be refunded or transferred.
Coupons received from tier bonuses expire in one year. These coupons will not be reissued if they go unused or are used by accident.

No, coupons do not stack so choose wisely!

Your coupon will be sent to you via the email associated with your store account. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder! Sometimes they like to hide there instead.
Lost coupon codes cannot be retrieved. As the system randomizes the codes, there is no way for us to repopulate the same code. We may be able to generate a new one on a case by case basis.

Only you can redeem your coupon code.
Coupon Codes are assigned to your customer account, meaning they can only be used on orders made through your account.

No, coupon codes are valid for one-time use only. After a code is used it will be deactivated and is no longer available.

Because we are a small business, free shipping coupons have a cap on how much they can cover. Our shipping codes only cover up to $50.00 in shipping - both domestic and international.
Free shipping codes do not have a cap for domestic shipping if received from tier rewards. Meaning, when you receive a code for reaching Lace Expert and J-Fashion Visionary tiers, they will cover 100% of domestic shipping costs and up to $80.00 of international shipping costs.

Physical rewards are manufactured rewards that we will send to customers free of cost. As of now points can only be spent on coupon codes - however in the future we do plan to have a special set of branded merch that can be bought with coupons.
Our highest tier - J-Fashion Visionary - will receive a special physical item. These items are branded merchandise that can only be obtained by reaching this tier. They are shipped free of cost. The item will change based on season and availability.

Physical rewards can be replaced in special circumstances, however, it is on a case-by-case basis.
If an item is damaged in shipping or the package is lost, we will replace it at no cost. If the item is damaged or lost after it have been received by the customer, then it will not be replaced.
Reward Tiers

Reward tiers are special milestones! After you earn a certain number of points, you unlock a tier. Each tier has it's own perks!
There are six reward tiers:
- Kawaii Novice (0 points)
- Lovely Beginner (1,250 points)
- Coord Cowboy (2,500) points
- Style Icon (5,000 points)
- Lace Expert (12,500 points)
- J-Fashion Visionary (25,000 points)

Tier Benefits are as follows:
- Kawaii Novice ⇝ +100 bonus points for signing up
- Lovely Beginner ⇝ x1.25 point multiplier, 5% discount coupon
- Coord Cowboy ⇝ x1.5 point multiplier, 10% discount coupon
- Style Icon ⇝ x1.75 point multiplier, 15% discount coupon , early access to holiday sales
- Lace Expert ⇝ x2 point multiplier, free shipping coupon, early access to holiday sales and event tickets
- J-Fashion Visionary ⇝ x2.25 point multiplier, free shipping coupon, 15% discount coupon, early access to holiday sales and event tickets, discounted event tickets, and special physical rewards*

- Kawaii Novice ⇝ +100 bonus points for signing up

You go up in tiers by earning points! The quickest way is to make purchases, however there are other ways to earn points such as celebrating a birthday, writing a product review, or being featured for a customer snap on our social media pages.

You can only go down a tier if you are penalized by point removable.
For example, if you use a coupon code that is not assigned to your account, then you will have points taken away. This may cause you to go down a tier and lose perks.
In the future, we may reset points annually, meaning everyone will start at 0 again.

Early Access means you are able to make discounted purchases before customers on lower tiers.
How it works is we will send customers who have this perk a special coupon code to be used up to 24 hours before the official sales start.
If someone outside of the top three tiers tries to use the code, their order will be canceled. First offense will result in a deduction of points. Second offense will result in banning of the customer account.
Customer Account

No, you do not have to make a new account.
Customer accounts that are already made are automatically enrolled. They will automatically receive the special sign-on bous of 100 points.

If you lose access to the email associated to your account - fear not! We can disable the account and transfer your points to a new account.
Unfortunately, coupon codes that were earned through spending points may not be eligible for transfer.

Yes, accounts can be deleted at customer's request.

Your account was blocked or banned mostly likely due to fraudulent purchases or harassment of staff.
Please note that these are rare occurances. We do not often block or ban customers from the loyalty program or from purchasing off our website.
